How to fix two wireless mice connected to the same adapter?

Good evening. The situation is this: I connect an adapter to one PC (a laptop is standing next to it) and two wireless mice start working only for this adapter. When I connect the second adapter from the second mouse to the laptop, nothing happens
. So, how do I bind one specific mouse to a specific adapter so that the mice work on two devices?

Probably everything works on the same frequency. I know 100% that Logitech can do what you need. through the "logitech unifying" app. Not sure about other manufacturers. maybe there is something
