How to fix touchscreen problem in SONY XPERIA Z2 Tablet?

There is a SONY XPERIA Z2 Tablet and with it a couple of problems with the touchscreen.
The first is poor sensitivity, touches are not always recognized. Some styluses that work on other devices don't work on this one or work poorly (mostly just around the edges).
The second is random touches. Sometimes touches appear spontaneously. At first I thought, it seems, but then I turned on the "Show clicks" item in "For Developers" and indeed sometimes touch points appear for no known reason (without a finger or a stylus).
The third is touch accuracy. In general, it's fine, but sometimes it happens that in some places on the screen the touch point moves a little.
I read somewhere that the problem is software and can be solved with the help of root rights, but at that time they were not there, now they are. How can this be fixed?

95% that the problem is hardware - it can only be solved by replacing the device.
