How to fix TinyMCE editor error in WordPress?

Hello!
Given: WordPress 5.5.1 , Sensei LMS plugin
Everything works fine, but when a field is created in the test textarea, it does not allow the student to fill it in and does not save the result.

The console has an error in the following file:

/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/plugin.min.js?wp-mce-49100-20200624

Uncaught ReferenceError: getUserSetting is not defined

I don't even know where to dig. Suggest solutions.
Also, I would be grateful if you just tell me how to disable the editor.
