Where can I get an editor like a toaster?

You don't need a full-fledged visual editor like TynyMCE, but you need the ability to insert code, quoting + a picture by link can be (optionally) i.e. something like the simplest as here on the Toaster. Where can I get it and how is this thing properly called in English so that I can google it?
