Please tell me how to install 1C Bitrix "Site Management" on Windows Server 2012? Installed IIS, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server 2012. I'm trying to install a site on IIS, in response to an error in the browser "short_open_tag value must be turned on in you php.ini or .htaccess file. Please modify the server's configuration or contact administrator of your hosting. " I must say right away that I did everything according to the templates from the Bitrix website. Editing the php.ini and htaccess files did not lead to anything. I also set up access rights for everyone. Thank you in advance for your help...
