How to fix the problem with connecting Mikrotik via L2TP?

There is a microtic hAP lite, on board RouterOS 6.49.4 (the last of the sixth branch at the moment). I set a seven, I didn’t like it - I rolled back to a six.

Mikrotik connects to the corporate network via L2TP + IPSEC. When a connection is established, a dynamic Peer appears on the IP / IPSEC page. However, after an abnormal disconnection, the peer is not deleted, and when trying to reconnect, an error occurs:

initiator can't find identity for peer: ***
***: terminating... - tunnel was not encrypted

After removing the feast by hand, everything connects perfectly.

Can anyone suggest how to fix this problem?
