How to fix the problem with clover?

Hi, I installed hackintosh el capitan 10.11.6 It loads
only through enoch
I put a clover on a USB flash drive, because I didn’t risk it on the ssd (I’m rude with Windows and Linux
there)
What can be done?

PS Clover needs to start a video card

For a long time I tried to install hackintosh build 10.11.6 on AMD Phenom II 545, which does not have SSE4 (SSE4a is not an option, it's different). And also with Clover it was not even possible to get into its menu, there was a screen with red text. I had to use Enroch.

What can be done?

It is desirable to change the processor to some FX and the video card too
