How to fix the problem of starting the OS?
Hello. There was such a problem: after a sudden power outage, the computer began to start unusually. When you first turn on the OS starts to boot and that's it. The win logo appears and so everything freezes. I press restart and I start in safe mode. When working for about 5 minutes in no mode, I turn off the computer. And for the third time the OS is turned on, it boots without problems. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance.

There is a possibility of damage to the motherboard. Check the capacitors, if everything is in order.
This is Windows, the problem here can be anything, and without a tambourine it cannot be resolved ...
Try to insert a disk with Windows (installation) and start "recovery" - most likely what library or bootloader has poked.
