When you connect a smartphone to a computer, an error appears usb the device is not recognized, it does not react to the smartphone in any way, it only charges, connected to windows 7 and windows 8 the same thing. I tried to restart the computer and bodies, change usb cables, check computers and bodies for viruses, nothing gave results.
Smartphone galaxy s3 i9300 cyanogenmod 11.
How to fix it?

What are you doing on the smartphone side? My Galaxy Y Pro (with Android 2.3) is also not recognized, but a window appears on its screen: "Connect USB storage", and when I touch this line (and then confirm "Yes"), recognition occurs. The "Removable Disk" icon in "My Computer" changes to "Phone" and you can open android folders on it.
