Windows 10 pro 1809 17763.864
Next problem
When opening a file with a rather long path, this error pops up 5dd7b563657af117666707.png
The number of characters is more than 250 characters in the path. If you copy the file to the desktop, then everything opens.
The path starts with \\?\
Is there any way to force it to open files without abbreviating characters in the path?

In gpedit.msc - Computer Configuration - Admin Templates - System - FS - NTFS - enable long paths.
Something like this.
