Please tell me what code can be used to fix the conversion if a person simply selected and copied the email on the site. (email is not a link, just text)

You need to write a js that fires the metrics js event on selection. I won’t tell you exactly, but it seems there is window.getSelection. You can try through it somehow. Although there may be some native events for addEventListener.
