How to fix terminal font?

When working with the terminal, this is what happened, it is simply impossible to read this.

Measures that I took:
1. Completely uninstalling vscode and reinstalling
2. Removing extensions
3. Changing the font, font settings
4. Changing the terminal to powerShell, python
As you understand, none of this helped , there is a theory that this is due to the reinstallation of windows, but for some time after the reinstallation everything worked fine.
I would be grateful for any help!
