How to fix stuck on Windows 10 logo?

Computer freezes on boot at Windows logo. When booting from a USB flash drive, the same thing happens. Changed the drive to ssd again hung up. I suspect it's in the motherboard. This problem was 2 years old, at first it hung when Windows was working, the problem became more frequent and suddenly disappeared, after a while it began to hang when loading Windows, a simple reboot helped, then it became necessary TIME (in the off state), it took him all day and then to earned. And at the present time, it just hangs permanently in the same place. Changing the drive to ssd did not help.

With such a description of the problem, there can be many places, ranging from crooked drivers, a power supply, and ending with a process.
What can be done:
1. Test the RAM Make a
bootable flash drive with memtest and boot from it.
Run memtest. If there are errors and you have several dice of memory, then you need to identify a bad dice. Leave one plate and repeat the memtest, then change the plate and test again, etc. On which plate there will be errors, that one must be changed. Several memory sticks can be faulty.
Freezes in this case can be both a sign of a memory error and a sign of other problems.
2. Exclude the influence of your Windows. Make a bootable flash drive with load tests, physically disconnect all disks, boot from the flash drive, run load tests for quite a long time, it is better to use several different tests.
If the tests pass normally (no freezes, reboots, etc.), it's worth testing your system disk.
If everything is fine with the disks, then your Windows is to blame for the problems. Perhaps some crooked driver. The easiest way to fix it is to reinstall Windows. In principle, you can start right away with this if there is nothing particularly important on your computer, but if the reason is not in Windows, then reinstalling will not help.
3.Check the temperature of the processor and vidyuhi under the load test and without it.
This can be done at the same time as the previous test. As a rule, diagnostic bootable flash drives have software for temperature monitoring.
If the temperature is high (especially if it is high without tests), then you should start by changing the thermal paste on the cooler.
4. Disk test.
It is unlikely that the disk is to blame for the problem, but this is easy to do by booting from the same flash drive.
5. Power supply test
If it is possible to change the power supply to a known working one, turn off all disks, boot from a flash drive and run load tests. If there are no freezes (but there were on point 1), then apparently the reason is in the power supply - you are buying a new PSU.
If all of the above does not help identify the problem - in the service. In this case, the reason is most likely in the motherboard or in the process itself.
