Video card for monitors, what?

First, I will describe what I have now:
Laptop asus k53s Proc
- i5-2450m 2.50GHz
RAM - 8 GB.
Video card - amd radeon hd 7610m
As well as the second monitor acer g226hql
I aspire to go to the frontend, but it's still far away and I don't get much.
The moment has come when my poor laptop started not to take out some projects, then it takes a long time to compile, then the matrix gives defects from overheating in the summer. In short, I delayed as best I could, but the time has come to think about a new PC.
I don't want to take a laptop, I just want a system unit.
My budget is not big, I'm counting on about 30k (because + 2 monitors is about 10k for each, 50k in total, for me it's not enough).
Maybe my choice is bad, but here are my guesses:
brackets for the monitor and the case, I will not write. for me it’s not difficult to choose a
percentage there - i3 8100
(in the future I’m thinking of buying which i7 thread, but finances don’t allow yet) mother - GIGABYTE B360M DS3H, LGA 1151v2
, Intel B360, mATX, Ret
RAM)
RAM - crucial 8gb 2400
(it seems to be the cheapest and the speed is 2400 norms, because it doesn’t read any more, in the future I will still buy more, but as I wrote above, there is no money)
power supply - I think any in the region of 3k that shit, I don't know
video card - this is where I have serious problems, I rarely play games, and my vidyuhi seems to be enough, sometimes of course I want more powerful, I think to watch in the 4k region, in the future I may take a more expensive thread, for example 1050ti but there it’s already money to watch. And now the question is: "what to take?"
it is very important to consider that there will be 2-3 monitors, I think 2 monitors to the built-in vidyuhi (if it pulls so much) if it doesn’t pull, then one to the built-in and two to the video card.
If I'm not mistaken, it seems that the ryzen 2200 with its built-in will be better than these video cards for 4k, but I'm not sure if it will be more powerful and whether it will be possible to connect 3 monitors. And I'm also afraid of ryzens with their overclocking and other things. I just want to cut everything and forget, but I don’t want to deal with overclocking :)
What can you advise me? maybe I've collected rubbish in general, help)
ps forgive me for my Russian, I know that it's terrible.

Well, with such a config, you will compile for a long time. Prots immediately put i5, operatives at least 16 at once, and stick SSD (did not see it here).
The built-in vidyaha will take out 2 FullHD monitors. The above is not true.
If I were you, I would first collect a basic good config for the processor, RAM and screw, stick the mother there with a margin and buy ONE large GOOD monitor with a resolution >fullHD (and this is not cheap - from $ 300). The built-in vidyaha will pull it, and the pleasure from work will be incomparably greater than from 8 gigs of RAM.

You don’t need to guess about the number of displays supported by integrated graphics, in the case of Intel, everything is in the specifications, using the i3-8100 as an example: https://ark.intel.com/ru/products/126688/Intel-Cor... supports up to 3 monitors on integrated graphics.
With AMD it is more difficult, they do not provide accurate information, but judging by the reviews on the network, the number of displays is more limited by the motherboard than by the chip itself.
