How to fix Start button context menu in Windows 10?

Start button context menu not working in Windows 10 after update. When you click on the right button, the context menu opens, but when you click on any menu item, nothing happens. Is there a way to restore?

Download www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html and disable the "left" Shell Extensions.
