How to fix sound problem in Mac OS?

The essence of the question is this, Lenovo G50 core i5 laptop and 6 GB of RAM on windows 8.1, On virualbox (already 2 GB of RAM (tried 3 it was the same)) installed Mac OS Snow Leopard 10.6.1 immediately threw 3 problems into my eyes:
1. Screen resolution not so hot (but you can survive it)
2. You have to switch the layout with the mouse, and not with a combination of keys on the keyboard (But this can also be experienced)
3. There is sound, but if you watch movies or listen to music with words, you get an effect like a gramophone record scroll slower than expected (not very nice)
PS MAC saw for the first time, I love Linux (but the laptop is working, so Mint is also on a virtual machine, but everything works fine there), maybe a problem with firewood?

It's extremely hard to guess. But there is a small summary of the problems
1) the video card did not pick up. This happens, especially not with Intel cards and discrete ones
2) You need to look at the keyboard - it should work. Check the hotkey - maybe you are pressing the wrong one?
3) With the sound of a similar story, not picked up. I had such a situation when I tried to work on the built-in audio card in Cubase. It was decided by an external card, but as I understand it, this will not be an option.
I know there is something like a universal kext that you can throw in and 90 percent of the cards will start.
In general, a headache, spend more time
