How to "fix" screen recording in Windows 10?

Hello. After replacing the video card from gt 730 to gt 1030, the built-in screen recording on windows 10 stopped working (I have version 11, however, it is identical to the top ten). Replaced and just updated firewood through geforce experience. How to fix? Writes: "It is not possible to record now. Please try again later."
