How to fix screen flickering after windows 10 update?

After the next global update of windows 10, periodically the screen becomes completely black for 1 - 2 seconds, I searched the Internet for answers about this problem, but all the recommendations (Remove such and such programs, reinstall drivers) did not help.
Please tell me how to get rid of the black screen...

We start the "Task Manager" via the context menu of the taskbar or the key combination "Ctrl + Shift + Esc"
If the flickering has disappeared or the "Task Manager" window is excluded from the flicker zone, then it is caused by some running program. It is better to remove such an application from the system altogether.
Go to "Administrative Tools" "Control Panel"
Click on the link "Computer Management".
Expand Event Viewer and click on Windows Logs.
We alternately open the files "System" and "Applications", we study the information placed in them of the level "Warning" or "Error".
For the first time, we close the program, completing the corresponding process, and update the problematic application from the official site.
If after installing the new version of the application the error does not disappear, we remove the software product. This is done through a standard uninstaller, a link to which can be found in the "Start", or through the "Programs and Features" component located in the "Control Panel".
In the second case, after installing Windows 10, there were problems with the graphics card driver: it did not install, or the installer could not update the driver.
Here you just need to download the driver for your video card from the manufacturer's website, remove the old one and install the new one, and then restart the computer. The easiest way to do this is through the "Update Center".
Open "Options".
Go to "Update and Security".
If there is a “Check now” button in the first tab (this means that automatic check for updates is turned off in Windows 10), click on it.
After checking for updates or if there is an "Install Now" button, click on its icon.
We are waiting for Windows 10 to complete the update and restart the computer.
The last thing you can do to solve the problem when the screen flickers is to perform a complete uninstall of the driver for the graphics adapter and monitor, followed by manual installation of the necessary software downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
If you have two video adapters on the same computer (discrete and integrated), disable them one by one to determine which driver is causing the display to flicker. This is done in the "Task Manager": we call the context menu of the video card and click "Turn off", after which we restart the computer.
