How to fix problem with priority tag in sitemap.xml for DLE 14?

Hello.

Search engines Google and Yandex swear at the incorrect value of the tag in sitemap.xml DLE 14 (the first highlight is yellow in the screenshot).

How and where to fix this tag so that the values in the sitemap.xml file are displayed as in the second selection?
