How to fix Phpstorm error when pushing a project to github - Successfully created project on GitHub, but initial push failed?

I created a trial account in Github, and it turned out from Phpstorm to create a private repository and upload the project. But!
I decided to transfer the project to my working github account, and then surprises began to arise:
When sharing a private project, the project is created, but not uploaded, it writes an error:

Can't finish GitHub sharing process
Successfully created project 'test-007' on GitHub, but initial push failed:
repository 'https://github.com/user-name/test-007.git/' not found

How can I fix this, what am I doing wrong?
