How to fix "No signal"?

Sometimes when you turn on the pitch, the monitor does not turn on (there is no signal that the PC is turned off), sometimes a reboot helped.
I think this is not a monitor problem, because I connected the monitor to the mother and the picture was.
At the same time, I also do not think that the video card is broken.
ps it seems that the BIOS / OS does not see the video card, and lets the picture go to the mother
If it matters: there is a discrete integrated video card

Since there are integrated and discrete video cards, it means that most likely there are settings in the BIOS where you can select a video card for work. Try to find and choose the right one. Just keep in mind that if your discrete one is broken and you choose it, then only resetting the BIOS or pulling the discrete one out of the board will help you choose the back-integrated one.

It is possible that the problem is in the cable. Start with it.
