Is there any software for win10 in which you can configure a web filter with notifications on the desktop.
For example, when you go to some site, so that a notification from the category "stop sticking on Facebook" is displayed on top of all windows. At the same time, if the browser is minimized, the notification will not be displayed.
For what? In order not to stick on Facebook (and other timekillers). What is needed is a notification, and not a complete blocking of the resource.
