How to fix "No network access" in Windows 8.1?
I installed Windows 8.1 Embedded on an old rather weak laptop (before that it was w7). In the new system, when connecting to home WiFi, a message is displayed stating that the network does not have access to the Internet, which is confirmed by both browsers and ping. The computer receives an IP address via DHCP, everything looks decent. At the same time, if you distribute WiFi from a smartphone or other computer, there are no problems. It should be noted that in the old system everything works without problems - the problem is clearly not hardware. I tried different versions of drivers both from the manufacturer's website and from other laptop models with the same WiFi adapter.
The standard Windows Troubleshooter sees either the "DNS server is unavailable" or the "Restart your modem/router" problem.
If important, the Zyxel Keenetic Air router. On other devices, no problems were noticed.
If important, Compaq Presario laptop, WiFi adapter (built-in) from Qualcomm.
Thanks in advance to all who respond

Try manually setting DNS in Windows (let it get the IP address via DHCP, only DNS manually): 8.8.8.8 or better 1.1.1.1.
What checks "internet access" is called NCSI - it's a few checks.

You need to determine which of the checks does not work and eliminate the cause.
