How to fix NestedScrollView stubs in CoordinatorLayout?

There are two elements - RecyclerView and TextView .
The RecyclerView has 25 items and below it is a TextView , but the text itself is not shown as it goes down. How to fix NestedScrollView in CoordinatorLayout so that items don't disappear?
I am using androidx. The string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior property is underlined in red.

What for these complications? why not make this textview a recycler element?
