How to fix missing list of printers in Devices and Printers?

Greetings!
In the "control panel" -> "devices and printers" no longer displayed new added printers.
I tried to install a new printer, it installed, but the icon did not appear =(
Windows 10 Pro, license, all updates are worth it.
I tried to roll back to a 3-month restore point - to no avail, new ones do not appear.
When it started - unknown.
Old ones - are deleted, and now it's just empty list, but no new
ones.Ran sfc /scannow - to no avail (no corrupted files were found.)
Tried solutions from the Internet (creating branches in the registry, etc. - to no avail)
.In the technical support forum, I found the same questions - as usual "reinstall system".

In general, the question is how to fix it without reinstalling?

check the print service, when it falls, the printers disappear from the list.

Start the Print Spooler service. Perhaps the driver curves disrupt its operation and you will have to delete old printers through the registry.
