How to fix mariadb warning?

After changing the password to root , such a warning plan began to appear in the mariadb error file

* [Warning] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
* [Warning] Aborted connection * to db: 'unconnected' user: 'root' host: 'localhost' (CLOSE_CONNECTION)

Reverse name resolution is disabled in server settings
skip_name_resolve = ON
skip-name-resolve

Server version 10.3.22-MariaDB-0+deb10u1-log
tried to substitute the password value in debian.cnf then the number of warnings increases)
although it is most likely that the password hash should be put there, but I did not find how to generate it.

UP: this server has just been installed, there are no external connections to it, and there are error logs of such a plan as above, most likely these are errors from the mysql and mysqladmin service, since from what I noticed, it is not possible to reload the service.
If you set the password value in debian.cnf, then in the error using password: NO changes to using password: YES
But xs how to hash the password for this file
