How to fix Macbook Pro power on error (3 beeps)?

When the battery is completely discharged, the Macbook does not turn on the first time ... hangs when loading the OS and starts to buzz (3 beeps - pause - 3 beeps - ...). After restarting, it starts as it should. On the Internet, I read that the problem with 3 beeps is related to RAM problems. I'm wondering why this problem occurs only after the battery is completely discharged? Perhaps the problem is in it?
