Actually, since December, with each version of chrome (windows), YouTube video opens and closes in a full window (fullscreen) longer and longer. It's been up to 8 seconds. On other sites, videos instantly open in full. I tried to experiment with the settings, the opening dropped to 4 seconds, but I feel that this will not help for a long time.

Write reviews through the Chrome menu and through the review in the left settings panel on YouTube.
You won't get any responses from them, but it's enough to fix it in the bugtracker.
