How to fix login on wp?

Hello. A colleague made a git clone of the site on wp, connected the database to phpmadmin, but when entering the site, mod/ knocks out mod/wp-login.php redirect_to=http 3a 2f 2f 2fwp-admin 2f&reauth=1
How to fix it? I understand this is a fairly common problem, but no one really knows the solution.

This is a common problem, and not even one - in fact it is a symptom, and there may be several problems. Cookies, invalid domain in options, salts, etc. There are solutions for every individual problem, and they are simple. But without knowing which of these problems you are facing, it is impossible to help you.
