How to set up an NTP server for a local network on a router (as a separate (additional) device)?

Good evening. The task is as follows:
1) There is a local network with ip cameras (old junk, with a very crooked web muzzle, so crooked that only the ip ntp server can be set in the time settings)
2) You need to add a device to this local network (raspberries or analogues are excluded) , which would perform the functions of an ntp server, namely, transmit the exact time for local devices through itself. Those. so that ip cameras can read the exact time from the conditional local address 192.168.*.
