Can I send a request through another service to my localhost?

I make a payment on the site, I use crystall pay, and when creating a payment page, when paying, a request is automatically sent to the right place. I need this request to be sent to the same application. Is it possible to send a request to my localhost through another service, or do I need to create a microservice, host it and send everything there.
