How to fix libtorrent error on Windows XP?

Hello. I'm trying to run a program on Windows XP that uses libtorrent 1.1.5 (boost 1.65.1) and I'm getting the error "CreateSemaphoreExW procedure entry point not found in DLL KERNEL32.dll". I understand that XP is no longer supported, but it is exactly what I need for my task. At the same time, the Deluge client written on the same libtorrent works fine on Windows XP. How can I solve this problem? Maybe there is some specific version after which support for XP stopped?
