How to fix Kali Linux bootloader?
There is an Asus T100, on which Kali Linux live was launched through rEFInd and normal was installed from there, but without EFI and GRUB, because: I automatically mark up free space - there is not enough space on EFI. I remove the paging file and put the EFI there - the system is not installed. I tried twice. I hammer the bolt on the efi and put the swap - the installation goes on. Grub is not installed. Total: There is a system, but there are no loaders in it and for it. What to do now, how to boot?

And if you have one system, why the bootloader?
In general, grub is placed differently everywhere. Debian seems to ask permission to install, Ubuntu defaults when it detects a second axis.
Maybe recovery will help.

in general something like this. in general, asus engineers came up with such evil as 32-bit uefi, so you have to red-eye.
