UPD:
Before that, I did two things that could affect something:
1) I changed the thermal paste on the processor and bridges, but because I didn’t know that the cooler can be removed very simply, I completely disconnected my mother, took it out and then did it. Then the machine hung on the picture of the BIOS, after its reset and some manipulations it started to boot as usual.
2) I wanted to run something 64-bit, added amd64 architecture via dpkg, a couple of packages a la kernel and libSi. It did not work, so I deleted the installed packages and the architecture itself.
Try to put the USB-WiFi adapter in another slot? I also think to demolish the nvidia firewood and reinstall what I can find better in the repositories

It seems that the problem is with the USB WiFi adapter and / or its driver. Also, life can spoil the nvidia driver (although it doesn't look like it). Try to either rearrange the kernel, or change WiFi.
Well, I would like to know the configuration of the computer, the version of the kernel and the system that is running. Also what drivers are installed, the output of lsmod.
