How To Fix ISDone.dll - unarc.dll Errors?
A very long time in the system when unpacking large archives, as well as installing a large number of repacks, errors pop up isdone unarc.dll returned error code -1, -2, -5, -6, -7, -10, -11, -12. Empirically, it was not possible to establish what caused these errors to come out (they could pop up at different stages when unpacking the same archive / repack). Probably all the options described on the forums have been tried:
- increase the swap file
- installation in a folder without Cyrillic
- permission to access the temp folder, the folder with the installer and the folder where the installation is from everyone and everything
- cleaning the registry, deleting all archivers, cleaning again registry, installing another (latest version) archiver 7zip, winrar, freearc
- forcibly shoving isdone.dll and unarc.dll into wow64 (registration failed - windows swears for incompatibility), shoving these libraries into the archive / repack folder also did not bring results
- the memotest showed that the memory was like yesterday from the factory, SC - according to the results of his check, he said that everything is ok with the bar (although Windows' own program for checking memory screams at errors, but does not say which ones)
- turning off the antivirus and firewall also does not give results.
Windows 7 x64,
RAM 4GB.
Reinstalling Windows - the latest option - I will use it in the very last case.
