How to fix internet connection reconnects when using HotSpot Shield?

I have constant interruptions in the timing of the Internet connection every 30 minutes when using VPN HotSpot Shield.
Current OS: Windows 10. The stability of the Internet connection was checked, previously I used the same program on another PC with windows xp with the same Internet connection, no interruptions were observed. Also, with vpn disabled, the connection is stable.
From what I tried:
- Updated the driver;
- Turned off the firewall;
- Reinstalled the program itself;
- Disabled Anchorfree HSS VPN Adapter following a recommendation found online.
Please help with advice on what can be done in this situation, because. vpn is needed for work. Thanks in advance.
