Which video conferencing service to choose?

Good afternoon! Now I have been given the task of choosing a service (you can pay), which, without unnecessary dancing with a tambourine, will allow you to organize a conference for 2-3 dozen connected users.
Plus, you need a common drawing board, chat rooms, the ability to transfer files to conference participants. It is important that everything be as simple as possible, so that the "housewife" connected to the conversation can figure it out herself, or at least with the help of a brief instruction.
I ask for advice from real users where I should dig. It can be English-language projects, it can be Russian. It's not important here.
PS There are a lot of systems on the market, I cannot study everything without some kind of search vector. Thanks for the advice!

I used 2 services in my work: https://www.virtualroom.ru and https://trueconf.ru. Both are paid for my conditions - several speakers and about 50 participants at the same time. I started with the first solution, then moved on to the second. But then returned to virtualroom.
My opinion:
Option 1 - a little cheaper, easier for "housewives" and more difficult for the Administrator.
Option 2 - a little more expensive, more difficult for "housewives" and easier for the Administrator.
You need to try several options (there is always a free period or a limited version) and then decide what is closer to you.
