Telegram Chat Bot: How to set a mask for an open form question?

The chat bot is built on ManyBot.
The chatbot asks 4 open questions to the user.
Task: The
bot should only accept responses containing a time mask (DD.MM, HH:MM) and an address mask (Red, 17) or ask again "Enter information in the format ..."
I can’t make a form with options, because I’m asking about dates, times and addresses, you know.
Maybe? Complicated? I can not find examples of the implementation of such masks.
