How to fix image twitching in OBS itself?

Good afternoon.
I'm trying to start broadcasting by connecting xbox series s via hdmi to a capture card bought on ali and to a monitor (120 hz 1080p) + via usb 3.0 in obs. In the obs itself, the image is jerky, it seems about 3-4 frames per second.
At the same time, a few months ago I tried the same circuit, but with a TV (60 Hz 1080p) and there were no jerks.
