What is the best streaming software for beginners and pros?
I heard there that XSplit is the top one, but it eats a lot, what do you recommend?

Not much to choose from, in my opinion. There is OSB (normal and Studio), there is XSplit. "Eating" is usually not a program, but the process of encoding a picture into a video stream, in real time.
There is no global difference between them, there is no "pro" version either, although many people who are poorly versed in computer matters (like housewives) note that XSplit is much more convenient for them personally.
Choose the one that is closer to your soul or the one that suits you best for the price or some other parameter. "Holy wars" on the topic of which streaming program is better are long over. The main thing is the content, not the background process.
