How to output video from buffer node to HTML?

Hello!
Tell me, maybe someone knows the library, or some other way to output video from Buffer nodejs to an HTML video tag for example.
The script receives data from the Buffer video stream, as I understand it, you need to raise the stream server and somehow redirect this stream to this stream server. Perhaps then some libraries are ready with the stream server?
I found this one: node-fluent-ffmpeg
But I didn't find any use cases in the context of the flow.
