How to fix hotkey phpstorm in ubuntu 18?

Updated on Ubuntu 18, almost all keyboard shortcuts for commands stopped working, as they conflict with those for ubuntu. It especially killed that the global search stopped working and the return to the previous edit code. How and what did they override so that it would work on Ubuntu in phpStorm as well?

What combinations didn't work?
I remember there were some glitches with combinations where ctrl and shift were involved, because they had a layout switch. It helped to tie the capslock layout, now I don’t understand how it could be otherwise and why it’s not the default =)
