Quick Edit (CTRL+E) CSS in Brackets. Is there a similar solution for phpStorm?

There was a need to switch to using phpStorm. But since I'm still more involved in the front and layout, the quick css editing function is very lacking. Plus, Brackets slows down with heavy sites. Unfortunately, Google searches were unsuccessful. And the search functions of phpstorm'a are not quite what you need. The period of use of the storm is short, maybe I missed something ... I would be grateful for information on this topic. Perhaps there is a plugin?

if you need to quickly switch to some style from the html code - the click control seems to give a hint / switch to the style definition in the project code. What happens in control brackets is a mystery to many, you would describe what you need in more detail.
