How to fix hieroglyphs in webstorm interface?
Launched after installation, and there are only hieroglyphs, how can this be fixed? Worth windows 10 pro 64 bit

Disable the plugin that changes the theme, look for how to reset all settings to default, reinstall cleanly, leaving everything by default.
