How to fix HDD if the system does not see?

Hello.
Tell me, please, about HDD 3.5
I "filled" with zero bits a 1Tb WD disk from Linux using the 'dd' command, and by my own stupidity accidentally turned off the power for the disk during the process.
Now the lsblk command sees that "something" is connected, but it does not give out a disk name or any other information about the device.
I have a panic, because the disc is not mine, and besides, it was only recently bought.
Tell me, is he a "lid", or can you somehow fool around?

In gparted (under Linux) or in the disk manager (under Windows) - the disk is also not displayed at all, can it be partitioned?

The vast majority of professional tools work under Windows, respectively, we also work on this OS most of the time. So, if you don't mind, a couple of clarifying questions to your Linux description:

  1. Is the disk now visible at all, as a device in the system? If yes, how is it displayed? If suddenly there are differences (for example, with how the disk is visible in the BIOS), mention all the options.
  2. Is it possible for you to connect the drive to a Windows machine, run R.tester (free, no installation required) on it, and show what it says, as well as post a diagnostic dump?
