How to move mft zone clusters closer to the beginning of the middle of the disk?

contig.exe d:\$mft

Instead of being defragmented, $mft zone clusters moved further from the center of the disk to 15041344 .

How to move back $mft zone clusters closer to 6410825 ?

What for?
contig tried to find a free space where mft could fit in one piece.
Perhaps there is simply no such space at the beginning of the disk (and usually it is).
Maybe contig doesn't care about choosing a location closer to the beginning of the disk.
