Good afternoon, I've been fiddling with a problem in the Chrome browser for a month now. Previously, I did not betray this much importance, but now it is very infuriating. It started a long time ago after reinstalling Windows, I loaded my profile in the browser and then it started.

I do not know how to formulate correctly, but these tabs are constantly changing. That is, as if from 3 different computers I am sitting in the browser. Let me give you an example, let's say I opened YouTube and Vk and I don't delete them in my hot tabs, then let's say I went to Avito and Odnoklassniki, and then this "miracle" happens. I open Chorme and here either YouTube with VK or Odnoklassniki with Avito randomly pops up. Then one more thing these tabs can't be deleted all like deleting the last one the screen flashes and they all get restored.
