How to fix glitch with alt?

I use macOS on a macbook.
In general, some kind of glitch with the alt key, and in different programs, and the glitch appears both with the left and right alt.
When I use Adobe Illustrator and I press alt, very often the text
A appears on top of the screen in the Sketch program, when I press alt, it happens that the layer is deleted.
I do not understand what it is connected with.
