How to make aliases in MacOS for a network folder?

Not an expert on MacOS, but I can't make a desktop alias for a folder located on a network share.
I went to the network folder through "Connect to the server" entered and remembered the login and password, went to the network folder. There are a few more folders in it that need to be moved to the desktop. The "Create Alias" menu via "File" is not active, and the keyboard shortcut does not work either. Folders/files local are created without problems aliases, but folders in a network it is impossible to create aliases. How to place a link to a folder on the network on the desktop?

The easiest way.
- connect to the server
- open Finder
- in the Apple menu bar select Finder > Settings
- in the new window, check the box next to "Connected servers"
- the icon of the connected server appears on the desktop
- RMB > create an alias
But it's even more convenient to drag the icon of the connected server to the Dock, right next to the basket
