Alas, I have to put "fail" on everyone - no one advised the easiest, legally free and safe way. This is a program for Windows - Download Master. I found it myself. Just before downloading, you need to specify in the settings the folder where you will download and remove all checkboxes from Splash-screens, otherwise you will be tormented with them. The program is given a link to the YouTube playlist, like a regular download, and then it parses and downloads everything by itself. Like this.
